Launch of the Case Management Tracking System (CMTS)

In January 2021, the Department for Management, Strategy, Policy and Compliance (DMSPC) launched the enhanced case management tracking system to capture the full lifespan of the case management process from reception of a complaint, recording of information on allegations and associated persons, the assessment of the complaint, a possible investigation process, now further incorporating data and information on administrative or disciplinary actions and any subsequent appeals.
